These terms govern your use of Sarvoch, operated by Nevika Innovations Private Limited (CIN U62090MH2026OPC472128, GSTIN 27AALCN7118G1Z9), 1st Floor, Mapkhan Nagar, Opp. Municipal School, Marol, Marol Naka, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400059, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. This page is maintained by the Sarvoch team to describe how the product works today and is not legal advice.
Sarvoch is an AI platform operated by Nevika Innovations Private Limited, India, for users in India. Contact: sarvoch@nevika.ai. When we say "Sarvoch", "we", "us", or "our", we mean Nevika Innovations Private Limited. When we say "you", we mean the person or organisation using the app.
You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may verify your mobile number by OTP. You must be old enough to consent under Indian law to use the service. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
Do not use Sarvoch to break the law, harass people, generate CSAM or non-consensual sexual content, plan violence, spread malware, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to bypass safety filters or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of prompts, files, chats and other content you put into Sarvoch. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to run the service for you — including routing it to the AI engines that generate responses. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. We do not sell your content and we do not train foundation models on it.
AI responses can be wrong, out of date, biased, or made up. Do not rely on Sarvoch for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without verifying with a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use the output, including reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.
Sarvoch routes requests to third-party AI model and voice providers, and uses Cashfree for payments, MSG91 for OTP SMS and Resend for transactional email. Your prompts are sent to AI providers to serve your request, subject to their own terms. We choose providers that respect data-processing norms and prefer Indian models where quality permits. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, limits and billing terms are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Cashfree (UPI and card). Every paid plan is issued a GST-compliant tax invoice with an 18% GST split (CGST/SGST or IGST as applicable), available to download from your account. CIN and GSTIN are printed on each invoice. Refunds, when offered, follow our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep Sarvoch up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. Where possible we will give notice before removing something you depend on.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and on the Hosted in India page, including DPDP Act commitments, region-pinned storage, and your rights to access, correct and delete your data.
You can stop using Sarvoch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sarvoch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
